If your chocolate arrives in soft\/partially melted form, just put the item package in your refrigerator for 30 minutes. This will not affect the quality, taste or safety of the chocolate. It will harden back up and can then be broken into pieces at your convenience.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChocolate arriving in soft\/partially melted form is not considered to be a defective item and is not cause for a refund. If you don't wish to deal with this issue, then please do not order chocolate between May 15th and October 15th each year.
