Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date subject to the restrictions listed in this policy. If you believe that you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue. We want you to be pleased with your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

In order to return an item, you must first contact us so that we know the item is coming back to us. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and making sure that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Upon receipt of the item, we will either repair or replace the item if agreed upon with the Buyer. The Buyer may also request a refund of the purchase price minus shipping. Refunds will be issued within ten business days of receiving the returned item. 

The following items are not eligible for a refund: all food items due to health regulations; all aromatherapy and essential oil items due to health regulations; initial shipping fees; and all digital products including ebooks and audio files. Please read product descriptions carefully on these items.
